June 2012:  Re-Calculating Worship

Our meeting for June was one of re-calculating. 
Our message took a deep look at the words in
the Word of God surrounding worship. 
We learned that the Hebrew and Greek words in the original text did not always thoroughly show us what we need to know to fully worship in spirit and in truth.

We then spent time in worship with a new understanding of what the lyrics were saying. Many of us chose to be more demonstrative in our worship after now understanding that lifting our hands, bowing in reverence and kneeling in awe were encouraged by the Scriptures.
